Lovely Rita

It’s my favorite time of year…when Rita’s Italian Ice opens back up. I asked the hubby to pick some up on his way home from softball last night. Of course I requested my favorite, mint chocolate chip cream ice. The flavors change everyday but that one is pretty much a given…until yesterday. I was extremely disappointed to find out they didn’t have it. However I learned an important lesson. Try new things. I had the new flavor pistachio and it was awesome.


I was even happier to find out Bill picked up a quart sooooo guess what I’m having tonight!

Rita's is a franchise so hopefully you have one near you. If not I am very sorry.
